BiB EUCCN
Contains harmonised data from EU Child Cohort Network projects LifeCycle and ATHLETE. LifeCycle Jaddoe et. al. 2020, brought together data from 19 European pregnancy and childhood cohorts into a harmonised network called the EU Child Cohort Network. The aim was to use these harmonised life-course data to study how early-life stressors impact later health. The harmonised data were extended in the ATHLETE project Vrijheid et. al. 2021. Data dictionaries for the tables can be found here https://github.com/lifecycle-project/ds-dictionaries/tree/master/dictionaries. BiB core, outcome and athlete contain harmonised datasets on common covariates, child growth, chemical and urban exposures, and outcomes focused on respiratory, cardiometabolic, and mental health. For more information on how the variables were harmonised and the type of BiB data used, check here - Core and ATHLETE
